Husband can't last more than 30 secs in bed. Can't satisfy physically but demands that I should be following all rules implied by his parents and him. If not taunts me and my family , emotional blackmails me and is also emotionally unstable. Doubts me always . Doesn't allow me to do work and wants to do micro management on me . I lost physical attraction towards him . Can I refuse sex with him as he is unable to satisfy me and even we had sex it feels like hell during that 30 secs .

not being satisfied by the husband amounts to cruelty and you can approach the court of law by filing proper application for dissolution of marriage is on the ground of cruelty. You need to provide cogent evidence in support of your case
