) Will IPC 498A made out only if grave injury and wound happened or for simple beating itself IPC will made out . Since many women's filed a false complaint against husband in 498a for simple quarrel. Will OUTPATIENT doctor prescription help to made out 498a.
2) Inn section 498A complaint have to be registered immediately on occurence date or is there any time period to file a complaint against husband ,.
