Husband abusing when asked why is not prioritising me

27-Nov-2023 (In Family Law)
I’m a Hindu & me n my husband got arranged marriage. We got the proposal in a traditional way & his family took 3 months to convince my parents to agree for this proposal. After we got engaged he was too affectionate n used to call all day. Once we got married, he started ignoring me. He is very close to his aunt and keeps talking to her like 10 to 15 times a day n will also visit her place often. My husband does not talk to me with love. When asked, he says he’s busy n gives rude answers. He compares me with his aunt n her children. He does not share important things about family with me, like his mom was fighting against cancer & they did not tell me this until I questioned them. He doesn’t like being intimate, like he shows no interest in a simple hug. He always asks for a baby. I feel i am not respected. He verbally n physically abuses me n restricts me in dressing n also meeting relatives. I want to get divorced and need legal help as to what are the proofs needed.
