I have just completed a year of marriage Presently I am at my parents place n jurisdiction is ulhasnagar court, my husband is residing at desai which is under thane jurisdiction. While filing a case I requested po to file it under dombivally jurisdiction so that case will be in kalyan court as it is near station n I was nine months pregnant. So it was convinent for me. Now my husband lawer took a objection on this. Presently I am having a baby of 6 week n it was 5-6 date till my husband didn't submitted his reply. Plz. Let me know can I get this flexibility to take a case in kalyan court?! What further action shall I take???

Ask your lawyer to file an application and if he has done so for transfer of case and in case if that has been rejected then you need not worry. You can request the court to keep your matter in the second half so that you can manage your routine.
