How to stop father from disowning and take his responsibilities

My father is not taking nor taken any responsibility of my mom or his childrens like me my younger brother nor sis and now when i am on my own he wants to disown me as i am regulary informing him to take care of his responsibilities what should i do?

Tour mother and minor brother and sister dependant on him can file a case for monthly maintenance ignored by your father more so the court will see that the money is delivered in proper hands hence file domestic violence case and maintenance case in court concern with all the relevant documents showing need of the money such as rent fees food etc

There are lots of legal remedies such as your mother and brother,sister (if minor) may file a case for maintenance. But before proceeding legally your family should try to find out solution by mutual talking, try to find out why your father don't want to take responsibilities of the family. There will be a solution by mutual talking. What do you mean by he wants to disown you? If he expels you from his self earned property or otherwise breaks relations with you as his son then there is no legal remedy on this point.
