How to stop constant mental harassment from husband?

15-Dec-2023 (In Family Law)
I'm 30yrs old. I have a 2.5yrs old boy child. I married on 2014,from that i'm facing mental pressure regarding dowry. Hardly 2mnths of time only we lived after marriage with constant in laws tortures. B4 2months again with the efforts of his family friend, we started to live again with a demand to quit my career. Then he made me to get pregnant without my wish since i'm mentally & physically not prepared for another baby. With my parents financial support i'm surviving. Because of this, i have done the abortion with my father's help since my husband refused to do that. I'm mentally and physically weak after the abortion. Now my husband acting like a puppet of the middleman who helped us to get united. All our privacy things getting decided as per his words. Over phone that 60yrs old middleman is talking about our private matters to me. My hub is not having the capacity to understand it. Will divorce be the only solution? He is threatening me that he will take the custody of my child.

Divorce is not only solution. But if you decided to get divorce you can apply proper court with these reason. One thing is sure that he will not take the custody of your child. Because your child is having 2.5 yrs old.

The mother is the first natural guardian of the female child till majority in Hindu law the husband cannot take over the child from you ,if he is threatening you can file a complaint against your husband in police station for threat to kidnap, For dowry harassment and the old man interference prefer a complaint to all women police station under Dowry prohibition act sectional 3(1) and 4.
