How to safeguard myself, my family from mental trauma by wife

First Shocking Event In my Married Life in 4 months. Shouting, violent, abusive, wife and her parents toward me and my family. Events: My wife and i had a spat on her ignorance of household duties, and her sudden interest in kickstarting her career after 4 months of marriage. She shouted at me, used foul language for me and my parents, threw mobile phone towards me, threatened me. She called her parents, they came asap at 5am. I thought they will resolve the matter, But they started shouting, abusing, saying foul language for me, my sister, parents. They said they will abort the baby. They said they wont come till I say sorry. I dont even know for what!!? What could they be upto? How to saeguard myself, my family from mental trauma?

Dear client, You should first try to inform about all of that to the Higher Authorities and file section 9 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Dear firstly you have to help yourself , as you said its hard to prove in eyes of law . So try to collect some of evidence that will collected by only you as member of famliy then with all relevant evidence you can move any application in the court or in any where In short collected evidence of her activities regarding the problm you and your family faced in the very short period of time.....
