How to rectify my father's name as he died

Sir,nMy father died many years ago .my father's name has been written different in different documents like voter list,my voter card, my aadhar card ect .how can I rectify my father 's name?pls advise me

there are two ways to do it. in case you need it for succession related or job related work then an affidavit affirmed before a first class magistrate would suffice. in case it doesn't serve your purpose then a declaration by a civil court should do. regards, Tanmoy Chattopadhyay, M.Sc (Net), LL.B (Delhi), Advocate, High Court, Calcutta. you can issue a death' certificate concern municipality or corporation after that you can file affidavit of first clase Magistrate therafter you can change your documents like voter card , adhar card, pan card

an affidavit from 1st class magistrate will solve your problem.. of course you need to produce all of the contradictory documents like voter card, aadhar card etc and get an affidavit done for rectification.
