How to rectify details entered in diary

Yesterday I lodged online complaint in state human rights commission but I entered in the place of victim details I entered accused

first you had to withdrawal the complaint being the reason of incorrect of details after again to you may file new complaint, we had an option to change details when you had entered spelling mistakes in party names, for further details contact me.
