How to punish person with whom my wife is having extra marital affair

My cousion wife having extra martial relation with a person who is in Delhi.I was told by my brother that he has got call details and one whatsapp chat of his wife with that person which is objectionable .As of now no physical intimacy .How to punish that person .My brother bit hesitant in sharing this incident
You want to take an action against the wife of your cousin or action against her friend with whom she is chatting? Because chatting with a person with consent is not an offence. In case ur cousin's wife is comfortable in chatting with him, you can ask her not to chat or block his number, because for you to take any action against the man you can file a police complaint but will have to provide the evidence in this regard as well.

You may proceed ahead against him for charges of adultery only if their is/has been physical relation(sexual intercourse) between the said man and your brother's wife. Before that, there isn't much you can do about him. Although, your brother may proceed against his wife seeking an appropriate remedy against her in the family court.

Your cousin should give application to police station and sp and also file case for divorce on the basis of adultery of his wife and in petition this third man can be party and through this he can punished him
