Which type of allegation she can be made and how can my family and I be safe from them. As per her currently she allegation on me and my family for dowry and domestic violence.
Hello Dear,
Look in our current legal system no one can stop anyone to file a case against anyone,and specially for ladies our law is quiet linean,but as per safety measure you should give written complaint in your area police station and get your copy stamped by the officials also try to capture her acts in your phone whenever she threatnes you regarding the case or something.
