How to marry someone who is already married- second marriage

I am (29yrs) from chennai. I completed degree and working in mnc. (31 yrs) who working in Dubai. Four Years back we started to loved each other. Still we are loving and want to live our life together. When I started to love life goes like anything and I was fly like anything else as others who are in love. But recently I came to know that he is married and have one year kid. I was totally down when I come to know it. I asked him that y u did like this. But the reason he came in to my life because he is not happy in his marriage life as a normal human being expected. But he is very true to me and still he don't want to miss myself in his life. He can't divorce her wife also since many reasons and many aspects like our cultural and traditional norms, kids' life, fame of family etc... Even I can't live without him. We were not started to love at the age of 18.. we both are well matured but we couldn't find solution for this problem. Wats the secure way tomarry him
It is really unfortunate that you have entangled yourself in this affair. As long as your lover's first marriage has not been legally dissolved by divorce, he cannot marry you. It's better for both of you to discontinue the relationship.

Hi madam/sir. madam if you want to that guy mean you told to that guy when you get divorce then only I married to you. Because without divorce you and that guy married you have face some problem for way of that guy 1st wife

First of all I have to know whether you both are belongs which religion. If both are muslim religion then no problem or atleast your lover is belongs to muslim community then also no problem that you can convert to muslim religion. As for as Hindu religion concern it is not possible to marry him. because it amounts to bigamy and if you got children that children is illegitimate children in Hindu religion concern.
