How to get rid of a case to be eligible for government jobs

Hi sir, When was in b tech in 2008 my sister in law family logged a false bribe case against my family including me even I was not present at home as I was studied by staying at hostel. By fearing to arrest I had consulted a lawyer and granted an anticipated bail.still now the case is in court , But I am going to give upsc exam ,please guide me how to resolve the case so that it will not impact my carrier for upsc

I think you mean about Dowry case against you. you can approach and you may get relief on the basis of merit before High Court. All depends upon the case. Consult a lawyer .

U sincerely contest the case and also sincerely give attention to examination for job.Tell your family members to compromise the case with your sisterinlaw and her family members...

File a case in high Court under section 482 crpc . The criminal case is of which year ? Whether charge sheet was submitted by the investigating officer . In which court the case is pending and get the attendance register of your college

In which year you had filed the application for anticipatory bail.Whether your advocate had surrendered you before trial court or you are in interim protection .If you are in bail and if you have sufficient evidence in your favour then you may go for quashing of FIR.consult an advocate

Dear client, If the investigating officer of this case filed charegesheet against you. Then you face the trail. A criminal case is pending against you. So its creat problem for your future career. So I suggest you Ple take the help of a lawyer and file a case before honble high Court for quashing the charge against you .
