How to get my wife and daughter to live with me?

Wife has left in the year of 2014.11th Aug and in these 6 years she has stayed with me 4 months every time her mother is taking along with her and , now a days she is staying apart from me and styling me with 2year old daughter and court has ordered to pay 3000 maintainance and on 6/3/2017 mediation court she has asked me 50lakh and one house and I said I will not pay nothing kindly advice how can I go forward I have asked in court my wife and daughter back but she is not ready to come back.
File a case in court for divorce on ground of desertion and cruelty but also pay the maintenance, further let the court decide based on evidence what amount is to be given to her as permanent alimony. At present file a case of divorce.

You can file a restitution of conjugal rights asking the spouse to join your matrimonial house. Your spouse cannot deny the restitution order without valid reasons. If your spouse deny to stay with you without valid reasons, you are no longer required to pay the maintainance.
