Are there any laws which can support us if not then are there any laws which can be a factor in marriage? If our family is ready
There is no problem. although according to hindu marriage act it is not suitable for you. but in many caste it is custom. and you can solemnize your marriage like this without any doubt.
I have personally known some person who solemnize there marriage like this.
custom allows this kind of marriage under Hindu marriage act.
