How to apply for Domestic violence maintenance in Cuttack. Maintenance for wife and child to file in domestic violence in Cuttack.
You can file Domestic Violence case before the Protection Officer in Cuttack. Lodge your complaint there.
The complaint will be then referred to Court. Summons will be issued to the Husband.
File an application for interim maintenance. File your evidence affidavit and adduce evidence in Court.
