How to get maintenance from husband who is working in Indian Army

I am female, I got married to a person who is working in Indian Army, we loved each other and got married (2015) with our parents consent. Unfortunately, immediately after marriage he started questioning about my character and started harassing, abusing and torturing me, he always used to threaten me that he will kill me I got frightened and started staying with my parents, I gave birth to a baby boy(2016) It's been two year he don't send any money for my and my son's survival. Dear Advocates, can you please suggest me how to get maintenance from him? Religion - Hindu Thank you for your valuable suggestions.

Now a days ,womens facing same problem like you. You can file maintenance case against your husband who is working in Army and also if you want file a case against husband you can file domestic violence case and you can give complaint u/s 498 a also by guidance of Advocate.

You have to approach Armed forces Tribunal through a lawyer along with proof of marriage such as marriage photo, wedding card or marriage certificate. If you have chlidren then their birth certificate. All these with your husbands empoyment particulars.
