How to get forceful registered marriage cancelled

I have completed alla procedures of register marriage but it was done by force so how should i cancel it?

Natural method is to file for nullity of marriage on grounds of force, and you need to prove the same before Court by way of witnesses. Otherwise file for divorce on whatever other grounds, or to persuade the spouse to agree for a mutual consent petition.

file a petition before the family court to declare the marriage as null and void or for dissolution of marriage. the family courts will look into the evidence and other documents provided by you and thereafter will deal with the case as per the law.

ONCE IT IS REGISTERED , IT CAN NOT BE CANCELLED. YOU HAVE TO APPROACH COMPETENT COURT THAT IS FAMILY COURT FOR DECREE OF DIVORCE ON THE SAME GROUND WHICH YOU HAVE SUFFERED. AFTER CONSIDERING YOUR FACTS NOTICE WILL BE SENT TO YOUR WIFE. AFTER TRIAL & ARGUMENTS ORDER WILL BE PRONOUNCED. IF YOU HAVE PROVE YOUR CASE YOU WILL GET DIVORCE.
