How to get divorce when husband is not willing?

My husband is with me in Australia and his parents is here as well on touist visa .i already make complaints against them on domestic violence .we are Indian citizens .so he is not agree to give me divorce and he want to make de facto relations here to stay here.

You did not clear that what you want to know .if your husband is not willing to give divorce then you can move to court for divorce on basis of cruelty.proceed with complaints which you filed against your inlaws
