How to get court order to go back to matrimonial home?

How i will get my stridhan articles.my inlaws r not giving.i filed dv case .they threaten me from matrimonial home .how can i also get residence order.or return baack to matrimonial home.

Madam, In the DV Act, there is scope for residence and you can apply accordingly, apart from it for getting back your stridhan you can file a FIR U/Sec. 406 of the IPC. You have the absolute right over the stridhan , so can go ahead. Thanks
