How to get child custody when wife have extra marital affair

I m facing a situation where my wife leave to her parents house two months before with my children. Its been almost two months that i m not able to see or talk with my children despite of 100 of calls from outside. No one is taking up the call. Our dispute arises when i came to know about my wife's boy friend with whom she chat long hours daily. Please help me as my children school are now open and i m really worried about their schooling n safety. What should I do ?

First of all please send a legal notice to your wife to join your company and come back to the matrimonial house with the kids. In case she does not reply to your legal notice, then you must immediately file a petition under section 9 of Hindu marriage Act and a separate petition for the custody of your children stating all the valid reasons of their studies etc. etc.
