How to file RTI for complaint filed in CAW cell

My sister filed a complaint against me in CAW cell nd I got a call from there to attend counselling, can I get the copy of complaint filed by her by RTI before attending the first counselling… if yes then how, to whom should I file RTI and it should be online or offline
If there is dispute between you and your sister, she can file complaint under different laws and if you have been issued notice by CAW cell you will have to attend counselling there. CAW is a unit of Delhi Police which take care of crime against women. This issue mah culminates into registration of FIR so you have to be present in counselling and settle the matter at the earliest.

What does CAW cell do?
If the matter is not resolved amicably between the woman and her husband, the Crime Against Women Cell will send a report of failure to their superiors. The CAW Cell also forwards the complaint of the woman to a Police Station in order for a regular FIR to be registered.
Can police file FIR without investigation in 498A?
In the case of 498a, the police has a duty to file an FIR on the basis of details provided by the girl or her relative. After registering an FIR, the police investigates the case and if no evidence is found they will issue a Final Report.
What happens after FIR in 498A?
A FIR under section 498A has been filed at the police station. A police officer is assigned to investigate, review the allegations and create a charge sheet within 90 days after the FIR. Police normally take a lot longer than 90 days, and give many different reasons. 25-Mar-2023
How do you deal with CAW cells?
The legal cell reviews the complaint and recommends that an FIR be filed at the Police Station concerned. This is when a husband should seek Notice Bail or Anticipatory bail. It is not mandatory to attend the CAW Cell proceedings, but it is recommended.
Normally the answer from the RTI takes around 30 days to come. If you are comfortable with the time period then you can always file the same and it can be both online & offline. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.
