I would advise your mother to file a complaint under the domestic violence act and simultaneously with the senior Citizens maintenance tribunal under Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007

Hello, i have perused your query.
In these circumstances she can file a complaint in the tribunal under the Maintenance and welfare of parents and senior citizens act.
If in case some kind of violence or intimidation is carried out in the present situation then a complaint at the concerned police station can be done followed by a private complaint directly before the magistrate of competent jurisdiction under section 200 crpc.

The lady can file a complaint under domestic violence act which can be filed directly in the concerned court.
Court has power to pass orders regarding appropriate residence, monetary relief and other things required.
Also , she can claim maintenance from her sons under section 125 crpc act.
They are duty bound to maintain her.
