how to file a case against a person having illicit relationship

I want to file a case against a person who is having sexual relationship with m wife. What actions can be taken by the court against such a person ? Also my wife along with my kids is staying away from me since 1+ years. We are not on talking terms. And I know that both are having a relationship. She has blocked my number. How can I prove that they are in a relationship in Court ? Is there any way ?
