how to face false 498a and dowry case

My wife was involved in POSCO case before my marriage but her family members married me without telling us. And they don't tell us that they are belongs to SC/ST caste and my caste is Kapu. 498A and dowry cases have been filed against our family members. But even if I go to their village about that case, I don't know all these things. We also have a 3 year old baby. My wife and their family members are giving me a lot of trouble without meeting her. Also, I filed that case in the High Court and
