How to divorce after living separate for 24 months in 2.5yr marriage?

Respected Ma'am/Sir, can i get divorce if there is no relationship with my wife and me since last 22-24 month? but now she still want to live with me with her own Terms? while the total age of marriage is 29 months till now?
Yes, you can get the divorce from your wife if you don't want to spend your future life with her. For this you have to file a divorce petition under Hindu Marriage Act in the District Court, seeking divorce from your wife.

Good noon sir in our Hindu law there are two procedure one is mutual consent by both parties decide into six month procedure and if one is not agree on such point then another can file contested divorce case in any district session courts.
