How to deal with threats of second marriage

With the consent of his 1st wife and 2nd wife. my friend got remarried 2nd time 7 years back and gave her land and look after her & daughter since 2010. Now my friend lost job due to which he can't financially support anyone. But 2nd wife is threatening that she will file cheating case. Thru 2nd wife she has 1 year old baby. Pls advice ji.
Nothing to worry. No body can do anything. Illegal marriage is cannot be turned into legal. It is a consensual sex only nothing more. No rights to second wife. Let him show braveness and let her got to court.

Your friend is guilty of contacting second marriage during subsistence of his first marriage. If the second wife was in the knowledge of his subsisting first marriage and wife, she is also guilty of the same.
