How to deal with false allegations of abandonment

The husband got out of the house for the dowry. The mother did not complain in the police that the daughter's house would not be spoiled, but the son-in-law filed a false case that my wife went to her house with all the cash and jewelery. In this situation, the girl should do what the girl should do. The girl has a baby of 8 months . Marriage Date 14-Dec-2015
Girl should file RCR case .if she really want to live with husband .and also state in her written statement that she wants to live with husband and proove it that your husband abandoned you and if you doesn't want to live with your husband than simply file case of DV AND DOWERY prohibition case .
