How to contest divorce filed by my Husband On false Mental cruelty?

Hello, I am Madhulika , I got married in 2013 july , my in laws used to ask for dowry just after 4-5 days ,then I went to Hyderabad to my husband and stayed with him for 12-15 days ,then I had a seizure ,was tense after that my husband left me to my parents in delhi and told me to focus on my career and didn't came to take me back ,he kept on saying this the age for work so consider work as priority ,I kept on doing as he said ,and he went To U.S without telling & I got to know that in 2015. He didnt call me but in 2016 when I mailed him he talked very nicely that one day we will be together and I should focus on work meanwhile in these years his father came thrice to my home but didn't gave his phone and address . In 2017 Jan he suddenly filed Sec-9 Rcr, he said I had done mental cruelty on him ,I was in total shock but said YES on sec-9 and mailed him that he should get my visa done bt he didn't reply and now he has filed Divorce on mental cruelty,desertion.Hw to counter him hardly

Actually your husband's intention is filing for divorce and he did not want to live you. However cunningly to avoid maintenance as he is working in U.S. he filed under 9 for Right to Conjugal right and when you agreed to come back. He felt that his purpose of divorce will not take effect and then he haphazardly filed divorce petition.
Now the remedy is to defend the detail written statement before the court stating all these facts and also file a separate maintenance application for you and for your child, if any.

You have to first mentally decide​ whether u would like to have such husband who is deceptive and lead insecure life.
Or instead go and teach this rascals a lesson for life to give them sleepless nights and pull them in court on all counts

why ur husband behave like that..... u can filed complaint against him and mentioned all previous things.... and now if he filed divorce petition u can say of his petition as defence.... but one thing is that u want divorce from him or not??? what about ur decisions... then we will take defense related to ur decision... all the above conclusions that whether u ready to divorce or not?? if no then we oppose ur husband petition...and also file the application for maintenance..... thanks... call any additional questions...
