How to make a complaint against a advocate. A advocate takes certain amount from us and keeps delaying without coming to court and giving correct information. He cheated us.

it is advisable to change the advocate to new one. the case bundle and change of vakalat from the previous lawyer had to be obtained and handed over to the new lawyer. complaint against the previous lawyer will never survive
