You have to send a notice to donee and one notice in newspaper for cancellation of your power of attorney. Power of attorney is contract between donor and donne, either of party can cancel with giving a notice.

Hi, You have not specified which Power of attorney you are taking about and whether its registered or not. If its registered you can file an application for cancellation of power of attorney. A person can change the attorney at his WILL. Thanks

If you want to cancel the power of attorny . You should prepare revocation letter of power of attorny . That should be registered. Then the power of attorny is cancelled. You should also add witnesses on that revocation of power of attorny.
