how to bring back refusing husband from abroad & premarital love

MyFriend had brokeup with guy due to differences whic she has told to her husband before engagement with the thought of being loyal to upcomingpartner.Now they are claiming that she had affair,my friend has told them she is genuine&ready to go for any tests & also asked guy to travel inperson & speak face to face he is refusing to do so.His family is money minded not sure about him.how to make him to come to India?premarital fbchats can be misused against her which are 8 years old before mariage

Dear Madam, Premarital chats are not a ground for getting divorce or filing any case against wife. On the other hand the wife has every right to file domestic violence case and/or 498A of IPC case for committing domestic violence and cruelty against her. The wife may teach a lesson to her husband and his family members by filing a multiple cases to bring them to the terms.
