Yes, you can challenge the direction of the panchayat. You need to file a civil suit in the court.
But first of all I need to know the matter in details. I need to know what kind of dispute you had and what is the order of the panchayat.

Actually panchayat is a constitutional body who posses decision making power based on public policy & morality. They do not have any authority in interfering in the personal matters of an individual. Hence the decision given by the Panchayet have no legal value in the eye of law.So as the decision have no legal sanction in the eye of law, hence there is no requirement to challenge the decision.
Thanks.

Warm Salutations and my respects to you and your near and dear ones,

Tehsildar's office there should be a Mamlatdar, as per the Constitution you can even approach for a review from the Same Panchayat office.

Further i express my inability to comment without going into the details.

With best respects

Sir/Ma'am,

Kindly note that decision taken in Panchayat is an administrative order which could be challenged in BLRO/BDO by way of Appeal if it is hampering your rights. But such decisions taken in compromise and/or consent could not fetch you good relief as you have already agreed with the compromise. But you can always come to the High Court if your fundamental rights are hampered.

The decision could only be taken pertaining to the Order passed.
