how to action/complaint about fake 498a, she not file a complaint but confirm file fake 498a about me, how to take or protect from fake 498a before she file the complaint

hi if there is any 498A case filed against you and your family members then you could file quash petition and if there is threat of arrest then you could file anticipatory bail to not to take any coercive steps against you
