How my second husband can adopt my son from my first husband who is no

I am a widow having 4 year old son and my first husband passed away 3.5 years back and now I am going for a second marriage and my second husband is ready to accept my son. So how I can make sure that this agreement is fulfilled as per mutual consent and how my second husband can adopt my son from my first husband who is no more?

madam this matter is little bit complex, after the marriage of you both, you can't perform adoption process. in this matter your future husband can adopt your son with whole legal process and after that you can marry him. you have to taken special legal precautions while doing this procedure. for further assistance contact through app.

Hello if you are going for the second marriage and your first husband passed away your second husband can adopt your son and execute a adoption deed in the office of local sub registrar office so that welfare of the child is secured.
