How much time does court take to give date for filing first motion

Are courts accepting mutual consent divorce petitions? How long will it take to get a date for filing first motion. My lawyer filed 1 month back but says no date given by court. Is this true that courts aren't giving dates?
No this one is not true as even hearing is not going but after filling divorce Petition by mutual consent court will give next six months time as it is mandatory provision. Court can take conciliation between when courts start working.
