How canIi get maintenance from husband for children

I have been suffering verbal abuse for many years and also physical abuse for past few months and want to get separated from my husband. I have 2 children aged 13 and 7 and my husband has refused to contribute towards their education etc at all or even keep the kids with him. I have no money to pay for a domestic violence case nor do I have a doctor's certificate etc documentary evidence. Kindly advise how to get compensation from him for children at least even if not for me. We are Hindus.

Hi First recollect your memory, then you may get your marriage certificate, party hall receipts for having paid charges, ok you have give clear facts, so I can suggest or you can go to court office and talk to registrar and request for free legal head/ counsel, with what ever records you have. They help you.

File a petition under Section 125 Crpc for maintenance in jurisdiction family court claiming maintenance for yourself and your children court will be granting interim maintenance as well as maintenance after the suit.
