How to disown a son legally by parent ?

As far as property is concerned if it is your self earned property ,you make a will or gift deed in favor of anyone else . And if it is ancestral property your son has a right over it.
As far as crime or any social purpose is concerned then parents are noways responsible for crimes or antisocial behaviour of an adult son.
The best thing you can do is give a News paper Notice distancing and disowning him and his act.
And if in case of a minor you have to wait till he attains 18 years.

You can file an application before the tribunal to disown your son under section 5 of the maintenance and welfare of the parents and senior citizens act, 2007. And more over you can also file an application under section 125 crpc against your son in the court of sdjm for proper relief.

File a do mestic violence case that he is harassing parents.Then disown or evict from your property.There are other litigation you can start against him to evict and dish own.Allegations have to be leveled against him
