How can i stop my husband to stop sellingour flat which is in his name

Hi, I am Shaila Bantaur, was a resident of Nashik since from 1998-2011. We purchased a flat in the year 2002 and more than 60% of the payment i made while bying the flat , but the registration was done by his name. Since he was not taking our responsibility i was finding it difficult to stay with him . So i left that house for doing my doctoral education. After that i got a job in new city. So didn't feel like going back the same city again. Now, without my knowledge he is selling the flat. How can i stop this transaction. The original sale deed copy is with me. We have to do this whole process within a 2-4 days. Can you help me in this matter.
Dear client, actually it is the responsibility of the purchaser to see the original documents before purchasing the flat, even he has to give advertisement in local newspaper about the purchase of the same and any objection to it regarding the same if knows the purchaser intimate about it, and also try for stay on the sale from the court as you are the wife of the seller, if all documents provided I can help.
