How can i save my mariage as my husband dont want to this marriage

My husband sent me at my myka and now he is not allowing me to come back from last 2 month. He told me he dont want to continue this marriage and "i dont have right to come to my husband home". Now he and my in law are marking various alligation over me. How can i resolve all this.

As you want to stay with your husband and in-laws. Then you can move for restitution of conjugal rights. Either of the spouse cannot disregard the other spouse at personal discretion. Please feel free to reach out for further assistance

That all together depends what you want from your relationship. First, if you are seeking a residential order to live in the in your husband house, then a domestic violence complaint can be filed along with a petition for a residential order which will grant you right to live in your husband's house. Second, if you are seeking a divorce then you have to file a divorce petition. Third, if you are seeking a harmonious relationship back, then you have to file a section 9 restitution of conjugal rights petition before the court this will ensure that either your husband will be continuing the conjugal relationship With you or the status will be finalised.
