If your grandfather is not alive now, you file a suit for partition seeking a share in the ancestral property of your father. Thus by filing this suit, you may open the Succession and seek partition by metes and bounds. W.r.t. the property bought by your father from his own income, he may do what ever he wishes to do with the said property. However, if he dies without making any will transferring the said property to your sisters, these property shall come to you.
