How can health insurance affect on maintenance

My husband is not supporting me and my son though we are together. He says about the insurance is sufficient to maintain financially. But we are not getting any benefit from insurance. Please help me how to claim maintenance

Dear Madam, You have to file Domestic Violence case along with interim application for maintenance. Further, you can file application under Section 125 of Criminal Procedure Code to get interim maintenance for yourself and your child. Forcible circumstances have to created to threaten the husband so that you can lead peaceful life.
