Household and marriage expenses

If wife bears most of the household expenses and also marriage expenses, can she claim back all the expenses in case of domestic abuse by husband and in laws?

Yes...if the wife approaches the court with a petition under the DV act then she can claim her monthly maintenance. And as far as the marriage expenses are concerned that can be fetched out under section 498a IPC. Start with a complaint regarding your grievances to the CAW of your area. yes afcourse, she can file a case in court Dowry Demand. If you both are not understanding in a living Relationship. then you both hire a advocate & file a mutual divorce case in a court. Otherwise your wife a lot of cases file in a court against you .
