History of physical abuse by husband & now verbal/ emotional abuse

My father torture my mother in past (physical verbal and emotional), he doubt on the character of my mother. Now he started emotional and verbal abuse. He threatened us by doing suicide or killing my mother or running away from home. He is pressuring my mother to sale a flate in Rohini which is registered on both of my parents. We don't know how to deal with this situation. It would be great if you can help us.

If the behaviour of your father is intolerable towards your mother then rather then dragging the relationship it’s better she files a written complaint for registration of FIR under section 156(3) CrPC. For more legal assistance I am just a call away.

Complaint to the nearest police station against this and get an FIR registered and if the police doesn’t register the complain then we can go for a judicial complaint and just dont sale out your property at any cost

File case of Domestic violence against your father. As the magistrate will take cognizance of these punishable offences and then your father will not commit any further harassment with your mother. Moreover you can also file a complaint with concerned CAW cell, so that police authorities can also take action as per law.
