Hindus brother-in-law is having an affair with a widow how to proceed

Respected all we are Hindus, my sister is married to our brother-in-law in year 1990, my brother is a taxi driver, they are having 2 kids (boys). now he is roaming with a widow lady and saying that he is going to marry her and will give divorce to my sister, my sister is not educated, she is just house wife, my sister is saying that she will die if divorce happens. Please Kindly guide us how to tackle the situation
your sister will approach nearest police station and give complaint against her husband and said lady under bigamy, police take necessary action or approach mahila(lady) police and they will inquired,gave family counselling it is better for your sister life.

Getting divorce is not so easy. Try to counsel him with the help of your elders . The pros and cons if he going to apply for divorce. Also the future of your sisters and his children. Every police station having marriage counselor, they will help you in this regard. Even if he applies for divorce it takes 4 to 5 years. The ground for divorce also important.
