Hi sir, my wife has filled divorce and now she got judgement also. While leaving my home she took my mother chain and said have some function at her mother place . Now that chain is there with her. She was refusing to give. But i have emotional attachment with that. That is only one thing of my mother. And she wants to give that to her daughter in law. She told that while dieng.. it's feels the presence of my mom. Now ex wife took it.Please help how to take back the chain from my ex wife..

okay I understand your questions so now you want to o return back your mother chain from your ex wife right so you will file it in case in court return back your movebales it is possible but you have to fallo the court procedure so do you need any legal help contact me thank you
