Hi.. im a jain.. after marriage i did not change my surname.. all my documents are also on my pre-marriage surname.. i.e. Shilpa SurananIn my chid's birth certificate.. my husband has added for mother's name as Shilpa Parmar.. that's my husband's surname..nWill this create any issue in the future??

I understand your questions so your husband chainge your surname in your child birthday certificate now your questions is before marriage your study documents all not mentioned your husband sirname right . so my sugestions you you have to chainge your name through kaw otherwise in future your child will suffer like future passport work like that. it is a problem will face it in future what are all the documents mentioned your name that only you have to maintain or if you want to your husband sur name you will chainge your name through court you will file a declaration case and take court decree and chainge your all documents what order get from court thank you
