Hi, from 1 and half years I going to court in chennai but there's no improvement in my case. Now, they've asked for assets and liability. My wife is not responding properly. Either she misses or her counselor misses alternative hearings. Please help me with how long this is going to take. I'm fully stressed because of this issue. Even I didn't see my kid from his birth.

Dear Sir, The family cases to be decided within a certain limit as per the circulars issued by Central and State Governments. You may approach High Court by filing a Writ Petition to direct the Lower Court to dispose of your case within a time bound which may be next six months thus you may get disposal of your case at the earliest point of time.
