Hi 3 months post marriage my wife has falsely accused me and my family for the below Acts & Section(s): 498-A,324,506,3,4 DPA. Exactly 1 month later they filed a Sec 307 on me. Me and my family anticipatory bail as a precaution. Now they are spreading false rumour's about me saying that I am a Gay and Impotent. They are also expecting us to come and compromise. Request you to please advice to what action can I take.

hi you could file quash petition in high court to quash the FIRs as that the contents mentioned in the FIR are false and baseless amd if you dont want to compromise then you could file divorce petition or restitution of conjugal rights if you want your wife back

you can move for extortion and also for Defamation but you will have to opt this process through court and get it referred to police or the other way is you can ask court to conduct enquiry in extortion case and Defamation has to be filed before court only you can file Defamation provide it was done within one year
