I am 16 and my boyfriend is 20. Is consensual sex between me and him allowed if we have full proof of consent.
If you are 16 years old and having physical relationship with your boyfriend then it seems to void relation even if you both are having consent. As per Indian Penal Code..it seems to be forceful intercourse as you are minor.

Dear Client, the minimum age for consensual sex is 18 years. If you are below this age then you will be termed as the victim and since your partner is more than this age hence he will be termed as the offender. Proofs are not considered in such matters. A person below the age of 18 is a minor and cannot give consent.
